PURCHASE RECIEVE INVENTORY



PURCHASE RECEIVE INVENTORY
v First we have to go in the task menu and from there we will select the purchase receive inventory option.

v Following window will appear.

v We have to select our vendor.

v After that we have to set the date and also the invoice number otherwise our purchase receive inventory won’t be save.

v When we will select the vendor the purchase order will appear.
v Only one column will be filled by us that will of receive that how much amount has been received by us.

REPORTS



REPORTS
·        First we have to go in the reports menu.

·        Following window options will appear

·        From that option you will select the relevant financial report you want to see.
v
·        Also you can make some changes in the reports like changing the font’s size, borders etc.

·        You can also convert your file into excel sheet by using excel option.

Sales Receipt



SALES RECEIPT
v First we will go on the task menu and from there we will select the sale receipt option.

v Following window will appear.

v We have to select the customer I.D.

v The reference, receipt number and date are to be set.

v When we will select the customer I.D then columns will be filled automatically. Only the description and the amount column are to be filled.

SALES INVOICE



SALES INVOICE
v First we will go on the task option. From there we will select the sale invoice option.

v Following window will appear.

v First we have to select the customer I.D for which the sales invoice is being made.

v Then we have to set the date and also write the invoice number.

v When the customer is selected the sale order number comes which when selected fills the quantity description per unit and other relevant columns automatically.

v Sometimes amount is to be change.
