SALES QUOTATION
v First we will go in the task menu and
from there we will select the sales quotes.
v Following window will appear.
v Then we have to select the customer
for which the sale quotes are being made.
v Then we will select the date on which
this sale quotes is made.
v After that the goods thru date will
be selected showing the date the goods will be delivered.
v Then we will enter the quote number.
v When we will select the customer the
terms will be selected automatically, but they can be edited.
v Then we will fill the relevant
columns which includes quantity, description and etc.
SALE ORDER
v We can convert our sales quote into
sale order just by clicking on the convert button.
v Following window will appear.
v Select the sale order option and enter
the sale order#. Your sale quote will be converted into sale order
